vienna is fucking hot! noise appeal aswell. so here we go with some summer-updates you might be interessted in. we had to update our prices and webstore. so some got cheaper, some a bit more expensive (but who cares, we are cheap anyways). some new releases got added. so check it out and get your music for this incredible summer!
brings us to new releases. noise 22 - the striggles "cold song" 10inch is available now. noise 24 - the plague mass "union of egosits" lp too. so hurry up and catch your copy!
some of our bands are doing concerts nearly every day during the summer. so check out the show section where you can find updated lists of whats going on. and hell yeah the fantastic noise rock duo united movement is doing a show in vienna. after 1000000000 years or the like. so if you don't wanna wait for the next 10000000000 years to see them live note this date and be there: 3rd of august and fluc in vienna!!!!!! fantastic isn't it? united movements sisterband "sex on the beach" is working on their debut record, which will get released by noise appeal in late 2010 or early 2011. we will see :-) ...
everything said by now. so back to fresh air, smoking some cigarettes (to dirt up the air) and drink some beers. or maybe just read a book. doesn't matter, but use this years hot summer days ... over and out!

short update, about what's going on. noise22 the striggles "cold song" 10inch is in pressing plant by now. we already received the test pressings, which are sounding amazing. so production started right now. check back soon to get your copy. and be fast: only 300 are available!
noise24 the plague mass upcoming album is in pressing plant too. so we hope that the record will get released at this years fluff fest. hopefully. we will keep you updated. rock on!

noise appeal news 01|06|2010:
long time, no hear. well no excuse for that. but first of the time around releasing sex jams "post teenage shine" was very stressy. we didn't expected that, but anyways it made us happy! fine or? anyways. sex jams will release a split 7" on fettkakao somewhen this summer. in september the cd version of post teenage shine will get released via siluh records. fine for them, isn't it? so rock on with them through the shitty and rainy summer we have in vienna this year. shitty weather god drunk too much during wintertime.
what else is going on? well noise22 a incredible 10" by the striggles is currently at the pressing plant. 3 songs. only cover. be prepared. amazing is the only thing we can say ... so check back soon to get this piece via our webstore!
the plague mass did a new full length album, which will get released on vinyl pretty soon (noise24). we are part of an armee of labels releasing this record. other involved ones are (as far as we know): start a fire records from germany, epicdemic records from italy and more to expect. should be available somewhen in july!
but that's not all by now. we also "signed" a new band and we are very, very happy about this (read more soon at the band profile here on this page. in the meantime visit myspace). the new band in the family is called sex on the beach. it's a four piece including two drums (!!!) and two guitars. no vocals. we will release the vinyl version of their upcoming debut album somewhen in winter 2010/11. be aware.

hello. what's going on at noise appeal records? first the code inconnu testpressing arrived some days ago. the finished record should be available in 2-3 weeks. hopefully. we are looking forward! sex jams our busy friends of disharmonic noise-pop finished the mixing and mastering of their upcoming releases. their 7" called "julie had a brother", which is featuring a remix as well, is in the pressing plant and should be available through the band, fettkakao records and noise appeal records very soon. their album "post teenage shine" will be at the pressing plant within the next few days. so the record itself should be available latest at the beginning of march. that's all by now and we think that are some cool news, aren't they? so hear you later on!

aloha everyone! we just want you to know, that we have a new band in our rooster. code inconnu will release their upcoming album as a vinyl version in early 2010 through noise appeal records. code inconnu is an experimental-indie-rock-band (from graz, austria) with synthi-influences and a very deep melancholy in their songs. by the way: gottfried one of the striggles musicians (guitar) is involved in code inconnu. we love them. and you will too! keep an eye on our website for further news ...

life is a punch of shit. that's a fact. but to get on a brighter side of life you can enjoy noise appeal releases. and you won't believe, but there are some new arrivals. first of our friends of reflector released a wonderful record. if you want it as 180gr vinyl packed in a pretty cool gatefold-artwork including a download-code. just visit our shop. if you aren't into vinyl that much, check the cd-version which is packed in a digisleeve. both releases are done in cooperation with rock is hell records!
very soon the next noise appeal release will be available. the striggles new album "aloah". as 180gr vinyl packed in gatefold and including a download-code. hell yeah, that's a piece of music you can't catch. it's THAT amazing.
sooner or later a spilt 7inch of reflector and the striggles will be available too. it will be a cooproduction with our friends of interstellar records and (you won't believe) rock is hell again! we are looking forward.

hey we want to inform you, that we will release the debut album of vienna's sex jams, which is one of the followers of dimitrij, but sounds quit different. femal vocals, noise guitars. expect something very special. if you can't wait for the album, drop over to fettkakao records, which is an amazing label from vienna and will release the debut 7inch of sex jams in may 2009. so this is the fourth record we fixed for 2009 besides the upcoming reflector record which will be released as vinyl and cd version in cooperation with rock is hell records from styria and the follower album of the striggles' "expressionism". hell yeah, a busy year for us! so expect more news in 2009 ...

hope you had some nice christmas days! we had so ... however. 2008 is nearly done. 2009 is hear in two days. how amazing. 2008 was a good year for noise appeal in the one hand. we released some nice records that was much fun. hey, this records are still actual. so drop us a line if you need them in your collection. and we are sure you will! in the other: it was a bad year. some of the bands we worked with over years broke up - rest in peace: dimitrij, fresnel and worlds|between|us.
however. 2009 will bring you some more noise appeal release for sure! be prepared. and yes we wish you a happy new year. enjoy your silvester party. we will so too! and yes, the famous and grandios weekly news paper "der falter" from austria, which appears in vienna adn styria voted "the striggles - expressionism" to their top 5 pop-releases in 2008! ok it's just the styrian-edition which did it, but we love it and are happy as hell ... so here a small scan, that you can trust us:

hello. well as the most of you already know, the new plague mass record "living among meat eaters" is already released as a transparent clear vinyl packed in a gatefold artwork and comes along with a download code included. it's a pretty nice record with amazing music on it. less metal, more punk and energy. we love it you will too.catch it through yummy. and yes, this hell of a record is co-released by deaf cult records from salzburg. a cd version will be available in 2009 by a greek and a french record label. so if you aren't into vinyl, you won't be on this webpage, but yes you have to wait and the cd will be available. right now the plage mass is on tour through europe.
what else? we fixed to more releases for 2009. but we won't tell you which one. right now. maybe in early 2009. we will see ... last but not least for this newsletter: the striggles and reflector will do a 4-days tour through austria. check the live dates for more information BUT if you live in vienna, keep december the 8th in mind and visit the rhiz ... bye by now ...
